Under the patronage of H.E. Roland Dubertrand, Ambassador of France to the Sultanate of Oman, we are delighted to present the second concert of the Muscat Chamber Music Series its second season.
The soprano and opera singer, Amira Selim delighted the audience with arias from the most famous French operas, operettas, musicals, Christmas songs as well as renowned melodies by Arabic composers such as Sayed Darwish accompanied by the French pianist Nicolas Chevereau.
Believing in the role of education, arts and music as a driving engine for the development of nations, the artists stayed in Muscat for a week before the concert to conduct musical workshops offered for the students of different age aiming to provide the opportunity for the young talents to benefit from this non-profit musical and outreach project, which is considered the first of its kind in Oman
